You can either click and drag the map to the location or type the address into the search bar and press enter.
How do I add a view the status of a road defect?
Each road defect is assigned the status of unscheduled, scheduled or fixed. The marker on the map will have a corresponding color and icon.
- Unscheduled - This status means that the road defect has been submitted, but does not yet have an estimated time for being fixed.
- Scheduled - This status means that the road defect has an estimated time for being fixed.
- Fixed - This status means that the road defect has been fixed.
How do I submit a new road defect?
Find the location of the road defect on the map and double-click. A popup will appear with a button labeled "Submit Case". Click the button and it will take you to the submission form.
